My shoulder feels a little better now, still hurts though. I'll probably go get it checked out on Thursday if it doesn't feel much better.

EDIT: After a little research online, I think what I have is a minor rotator cuff injury. I hope this isn't the case, and I seriously plan on getting it checked out.

Okay, my shoulder SEEMS to be on the mend as it doesn't hurt nearly as much as it did a few days ago. I will still probably be going to get it checked out tomorrow to be sure and to get a solid recovery time and maybe a note to my boss (my job requires some heavy lifting and this of course aggrivates my shoulder.) So we'll see how that goes.

That is on Saturday... but if you can't go, maybe we'll just hit the park or something for the time being. I NEED to practice. My shoulder is good enough to start getting back into the swing of things. Alright... here's the deal. Drew, I'm sorry but I think we're going to have to hold off on that Longwood thing, save it for another time. This is a short notice thing so we have to keep it simple. Training at the park. Drew I hope you'll still come and show us what you learned up north. I'm setting the date and time, so check the Jam thread.

P.S. I was really looking forward to the gym thing in Longwood... but the ride is a bit daunting for the moment.
