Hey guys. Sorry I wasn't at the gym yesterday. I haven't been training all that much due to realizing I'm weak. I've decided to start doing alot more conditioning/strength building. I'm still gonna come out to gym and training sessions but just for some light training and alot of conditoning, and of course teaching at the gym. And gargoyle, we meet at the USF parking garage just past the library. If you go into the USF main entrance, you'll see it at the end of the loop on your right hand side.

Hey, all. It's me, you know who I am (hint: big black boots), I realize I completely checked out during the summer, but I've been putting absolutely all my attention into rock climbing (I train at least 2-4hrs a day, and I train hard). I am way, way stronger than I was and considerably more confident. I lack a lot of the commitment issues I once had.

I think I'm ready to train parkour again. I miss it, I miss the atmosphere, and I miss flying, diving, and rolling. I realize how lucky I am to have found this group and how it improved my life. I wouldn't be competitively rock climbing had I never found you guys. I miss the nerdy conversations about vectors regarding tree branches.

All in all, I think I can begin to keep up with the group. I doubt I'll be attending the open gym, unless it's a lot more parkour-focused (just because my rock gym has a fairly large padded area, it's fine for screwing around with back tucks and things like that). Oh, and I'd love to see some of you at my rock gym, there's a few lone traceurs there anyway.

I don't know when you guys train these days, but I'm ready now. Please PM me the days you train on campus or something. It's time to branch back out.

Hey what's up Alex, good to hear from you again... I am glad you have branched off into other things and still come back for more. If you really do want to come to the gym it is all Parkour oriented. I look forward to seeing you soon, hopefully at the gym; but I am training at usf this up coming Sunday aswell.

Danny -

Which gym? Lightning City? Only Thursdays?

I'll be out on Sunday afternoon to train.

Edit: I read the stickies. Good lord, that's a long drive. Plus 15 bucks? Maybe another time, I like the outdoors anyway,

Going out to train Sunday afternoon, probably at USF. I'll be out from one to three, so not too long.

I'm intending to work on more wall runs and kongs, nothing too sick.

I'll of course be there tomorrow guys. We all meet at the parking garage directly across from the USF library. If you go in the main entrance you should see the parking garage at the very end of the loop on your right hand side.

up us 19 to 580, then race track road to gunn hwy, gunn hwy up to bruce b downs and then over to usf main entrance on fowler. use mapquest and avoid highways.
