hello, im thinking about starting a Parkour club at my high school next year, and was wondering how to make vault boxes. anyone made them and care to share with me how?

Oh man I kinda want to make a club at my school now >.<

Well if its at your highschool, you probably have those outdoor picnic tables or something similar, right? Those are perfect for starting out imo.

i have a nazi school district, picnic tables not happening. and these will be beginners, most wont be able to vault a picnic table... and we dont actually have picnic tables

I've run into quite a few problems with my school's group also, but we're making strides.  My suggestion is to get a solid group of pracitioners outside of school.  It's much easier to pitch an idea to the administration when it's not just one kid with a penchant for jumping off of stuff.

As for vault boxes?  Well, your best bet is just to make boxes, but reinforce them in some way so that they don't collapse.

NoSole designed some awesome ones that were constructed and used for the YouTube Live! event SFPK did not too long ago.  I'm sure he'd be willing to share the designs, I'll try and have him post but you may want to PM him here or at SFParkour.com
