Flail Vault

A failed attempt at a conventional vault in which the traceur flails about wildly in mid-air in an attempt to prevent a bail. Typically (but not always) followed by a face-plant.

Crap I forgot about that one too. It's also really fun but I feel the flail is better and more flashy. Also does anybody now about the Missle Vault in which you monkey vault but instead of landing on your feet, you land on your face, head, shoulder or chest. Then your legs push you along on the ground from the momentum.
