Just a tidbit, I'm probably not going to regularly post these any more.
Today's edibles:
Veggie dish: 135 calories
Taco Bell Quesadilla: 540 calories

Lots of cashews: about 300 calories
2 cans of tuna: 100 calories (but a nice amount of protein)
some milk: 'bout 300 calories
Homemade hamburger: about 200 calories
Whey protein, 2 scoops: 270 calories
Total: 1845 calories
Still need to eat more.
Parkour work:
Roll work, they're nice and dandy
Climb up work, not as fast as I'd like. Need to practice more often.
Handstand practice: Can get around 6 second handstands regularly, I really need to work on these more often.
Conditioning:

6 elbows in handstand pushups (EI HSPU)
7 jumping pistols
6 weighted deadhang pullups (+30lbs) [WDHP]
