5 clapping pushups
5 jump squats

10 deadhang chins
8 handstand pushups then 5 explosive pushups (like clapping pushups, but without the entire clap. my dad was asleep, and clap pushups were too loud)
5 jumping pistols

10 tucked L sit pullups
10 handstand pushups dude ow
5 jump pistols

10 deadhang pullups (bleh, hands are sweaty. had to wipe my hands 3 times)
9 handstand pushups (actually did 10 but one of them was terrible)
aah 5 jump pistols
1:20 plank

5+8+1+2 dead hang pullups (well that whole length of time was odd)

6+1 deadhang pullups +20lbs followed by 2 deadhang chins +20 lbs
12 dips +20 lbs (I know I'm not supposed to be doing these, but for some reason dips are as easy as pie now)

Completely exhausted, just burned out in the middle of the second set. Probably because I didn't have much to eat today. I didn't want to drive to the shops while it's snowing crazily.

Now, i only read 4 or so of your posts but you seem to be busting upwards of 10 of several of your exercises and id suggest either moving on to a more difficult progression OR adding weight.

For example,
put some weight in a back pack for your dead hand pullups
Do Full range of motion Hand stand pushups, or if you are doing elbows out HSPU's then do elbows in, they are harder.

And suddenly, an update!
Just a tidbit, I'm probably not going to regularly post these any more.


Today's edibles:
Veggie dish: 135 calories
Taco Bell Quesadilla: 540 calories  :-Sarcasm
Lots of cashews: about 300 calories
2 cans of tuna: 100 calories (but a nice amount of protein)
some milk: 'bout 300 calories
Homemade hamburger: about 200 calories
Whey protein, 2 scoops: 270 calories

Total: 1845 calories
Still need to eat more.

Parkour work:
Roll work, they're nice and dandy
Climb up work, not as fast as I'd like. Need to practice more often.
Handstand practice: Can get around 6 second handstands regularly, I really need to work on these more often.

Conditioning:
10 clapping pushups
10 high jumps
10 deadhang pullups

6 elbows in handstand pushups (EI HSPU)
7 jumping pistols
6 weighted deadhang pullups (+30lbs) [WDHP]
30s L sit

6 EI HSPU
7 jumping pistols
6 WDHP
25s L sit

5 EI HSPU
6 jumping pistols
3 WDHP
25s L sit

Since the snow melted, I went into town to make another attempt at the wall that made me start training climb ups.
I was worried I wouldn't be able to get it, scared that after all this work I still wasn't up to par.
I went up to the wall, jumped up, and did a perfect climb up


AWESOMEAWESOMEAWESOMEAWESOME


anyways, my climb ups are alllll goooooooood

Progress report:
Rolls are still a bit sloppier than I'd hope, I keep forgetting to tuck more. I'll keep working on them.
Speed vaults are as easy as breathing.
Climb ups are alllll goooooooood
Monkey vaults are not very well liked, and my skill with them reflects this
Kongs..I can't go as far with them as I'd like, but they're smooth.
