My triceps (tricii? tricipes?) feel like they're going to rip or something from all the climb ups, I don't want to overwork them or anything. Takin' a break on triceps exercises.

10 pushups (except for these)
10 squats
12 pull ups
10 pistols
15 chins

2 min break, drank a protein shake

10 pistols
10 pullups + 7 chins immediately after
5 pistols (been doing a lot of jumping-to-climb ups [cat grabs I guess] so my legs are pretty tired)
10 chin ups

ATE A BANANA RAAWRRGHH

Not sure if I'm going to do an actual workout today, I've been playing with my homemade gym rings. They're awesome.
EDIT:
Loooove my rings. Dips have gotten exponentially harder though.

(This isn't all I've done today, just all I bothered to record)
10 ring rows
5 ring pushups (so much harder than regular pushups, you go a lot deeper)
10 squats
10 ring pull ups (so much harder as well. I used to only go about 3/5 of the way down, but now I'm going all the way down because it's not uncomfortable with rings.)
5 ring dips
5 notsogreat inverse pullups
4 ring dips
10 bar chins
5 ring pushups
8 ring pullups

I'll do stair sprints again really soon, I'll put it in once I'm done.

Was in Minnesota for a while.
Haven't done anything, I got sick (I got virtually no sleep for 4 nights in a row).

I'm feeling pretty good though, I'll prolly do a light workout tonight.

Feeling a bit better today, gonna do some light conditioning.

Screwed around on my rings (got them mounted in the basement! much better than the garage) and treadmill (picked up an old manual treadmill in a garage sale for $20), practiced handstands.

15 second support on rings
14 s support

10 pushups
10 squats

10 rows
10 ring pushups
30 second support
5 ring pullups
3 ring dips (why are these so hard)
10 rows
3 ring dips again
9 rows

5 minute fast-paced run

EDIT:
Some muscle-up practice (squat muscle up, sitting muscle up, jumping muscle up)
No, I can't do a full muscle up yet..  :(

Criticism on my form or whatever welcome. I didn't do as much as I usually do, still sick.
Oh, and sorry about the big pauses in-between exercises. I was trying to judge whether I could do the harder exercise (example: pullups) or easier equivalent (example: rows).
