Goals:
20 dips 8 10 ring dips 7 weighted dips (+30lbs) dips aggravate my neck muscles, leads to muscle spasms. Can't do em any more..
5 15 Pseudo planche pushups 15 ring pushups 10 weighted ring pushups (+30 lbs)
5 12 15 17 GOOD Pistols, each leg 10 weighted pistols (+30 lbs)
10 15 20 15 ring pullups 10 weighted ring pullups (+30 lbs)
7 weighted rows
5 Clean 5 foot long kongs in a row
10s Nice and clean non-assisted handstand, consistently
Keep my good rolls
Finish Couch-to-5k
Increase climb-up speed
Increase jump height (using stairs for measurement, at 5 steps currently [standing or running, almost reach 6th running])



Saturday, May 2:

Practiced my speeds, monkeys, and rolls for about 5 hours.
Getting the hang of speeds, but I need to kick up a bit more.

Sunday, May 3:

Today is an off day, but I practiced rolls for about 30 minutes.
I also did 100 contractions with each hand with a grip exerciser, and 20 pushups because a friend asked me to.

Added, sorry.

Monday, May 4th:


What I ate today: 2 apples, a banana, some macaroni, and a tv dinner (I know, I just couldn't find anything to eat.).


Walked/Jogged/Sprinted 3 miles.
I used telephone poles to keep track.
Walk for two, sprinted for one, jogged for one, etc.
I walked more than I should have on the way back, because of some terrible side stitches. Remind me not to chug water while running.

Did 25 squats.

Tuesday, May 5th:

Walked 3 miles.
60 bicep curls with a 10 lb dumbbell (hah, that really hurt, but goal achieved!)
15 lateral raises (getting there, these are hard for me.)
30 unnamed tricep exercises (I have no idea what they are called)

Oh, and 20+10 pushups.

Thursday, May 7th:

I can suddenly do speed vaults again! Working on monkeys and kongs as well. Well, more like a distanced monkey vault.
Walked a mile, ran a bit of that mile.

70+50 Bicep curls with a 10 lb dumbbell, each arm (Goal achieved!)
15 Lateral raises, each arm
25 Triceps extensions
20 Pushups
Practiced speed vaults, monkey vaults, kong vaults, and rolls for about 30 minutes.

Saturday, May 9th

Full workout day today!
Practiced for about 20 minutes. Got my speed vaults down (well, at least at a bit higher than waist level). Rolls are coming along, but I keep rolling on my hip and it hurts a bit.
80 + 40 + 80 + 100 Bicep Curls (10 lb dumbbell), each arm (Goal achieved, again![Goal achieved again , I might have overdone it - my arms are achiiiing])
15 + 10 + 10 + 15 lateral raises (10 lb dumbbell), each arm
30 + 25 + 30 + 20 Triceps extensions (10 lb dumbbell)
5 dips on a pair of stools
15 + 15 Pushups (a bit tired after all of that)
25 + 20 + 20 Squats
100 grip contractions each hand - grip exerciser

Walked about 1 5/8 miles, sprinted for probably 3/8 of a mile.
Seven sets of 20 squats, worked on rolls for an hour.
Getting them down, but I'm not getting them consistently.

Making progress on rolls. I can roll without pain, but I can't do it consistently.
Have to keep practicing I suppose.

I can roll without pain somewhat consistently, but I mess up every now and then.
