Monday, May 4th:
What I ate today: 2 apples, a banana, some macaroni, and a tv dinner (I know, I just couldn't find anything to eat.).
Walked/Jogged/Sprinted 3 miles.
I used telephone poles to keep track.
Walk for two, sprinted for one, jogged for one, etc.
I walked more than I should have on the way back, because of some terrible side stitches. Remind me not to chug water while running.
Did 25 squats.
