Cafetria was closed...

Went to chinatown for the video, arrived at 4:30. Had two double qouater punders. Practiced Parkour for a while, Did things i wouldn't have thought of by myself. drilled my percisions.

Dinner:
M2 treated me, pyro, future, and bo to dinner (thank by the way)

I had beef soup with little plant peices on the side. Had water to drink,I used chop sticks for the first time, so i guess that counts as drilling my motor skills.

Damn 5 more push ups....

Looks like somebody's getting a little lazy... you say 10, but then you do... 5?!?!?!

I'm just playing, man.  That's actually a great workout system.  That would be awesome for me, if I posted more.  Better start posting.

This is a brief descption nof what we did:

push ups squarediamond push up contest
then a bunch of uncinvential training methods
like tackling
painting one of asa's rooms (yeah he suckered us into that one)
digging BIG holes so deep we hit water and had a really hard time getting out
barefoot training
lots of running

but most of all I had fun.

here is a write up of the second day of the jam"

The second day. I woke up at 6:35 after going to sleep around 4. I got up
looked around, and got dressed. Got a popsicle sat down and tried to think
what to do as I wait for everyone else to wake up. I then saw the nice
comfortable hardwood floor. So I napped, and woke up, looked outside and notice ALOT
rain. Napped again and woke up and decided to stay. Jesse awoke soon after
me, followed by Asa, then cristian, and finally teddy who was woken up by Asa's
nice air horn. Eventually everyone was awake. We were informed by asa thathis
mom was bringing some breakfast. We ate and then helped Asa paint a room. It
tookr 5 people 1 hour to paint a room, and it was just primer Mainly it took so long becaue we were playing the movie game. We then headed to Sandy Hook., we chilled out the beach. We hoped to play british bull dog
but I was it and I couldnt tackle anyone. We then battled waves. Teddy and cristian were obliterated a good amount of times. After
that we started to Dig and what digging we did. Teddy started with his foot and
then kept going with his hands. I helped a bit, but then moved on to my own
hole. Jesse started to help teddy out with his hole as I continued mine. I later fell into my hole, and my feet touched some DISGUSTING things that were placed in.Asa found a cup for teddy to dig. I apparently am a good digger. Jesse and Teddy
hit water and came up with a nice design that included foot holes for the hole so they could dig
easier. Soon the hole (which was 5'2 inches deepcaved in on teddy  and he was up to his nipples in sand. He had some trouble getting out. We left and walked back to asa's house barefoot. Asa's dad gave us all a ride back
to RB and we hoped to get something to eat. Me and teddy had to get tickets
though, and some crazy lady held us up. So an earlier train arrived then we
thought and we barely caught that. Jersey boys got got off at Newark and me
and teddy got off that Nypenn. I got a hot dog and a pretzel and we got on
thrtrain. Thats all she wrote on the RB two day jam

I might have jumper's knee. So i am very nervous about that. I hope it turns out to be nothing.

Yesterday:
Breakfast:
Bowl of cereal (can't remeber what)

Lunch:
Ham sandwich

Dinner: Cheesey bread
Recently o have been slipping with the fitness things. I think i am going to take a break for a while to rest my knee. hopefully this will give me a chance to start praticing The natural method like seb was talking about.

Today:
today i am training my patience muscles by listening to some hag named lilian. who happens to be very attractive.

I had done anything to serious in the past few dyas. My knees have been acting up so ihave been very worried and very snappy. Started summerschool yesterday, Its right near central park so its not too bad. Didn teat much, i had a hot dog, a bananna, and some wendys.

Training wise, the jam was pretty good. We driilled some basics. I has a HUGE warmuo with plenty of strecthing to trey to save what remains of my knees... After that we did some rock climbing, i didnt on acocunt of my ripped calluses. We then did some nature running in central park, around 72-80th street it gets really good. Lots of sprinting up hills, dodging trees i was the leader, so i got alot of spider webs in my face. it was great..

Then we found some crazy rocks, and we trainded there... All in all i hope my knees are ok...

Ive have been resting my knees as of late. Im am trying to strengthen them by riding my bike. Yesterday i biked around prospect park, it was 3.5 miles. I did the same today. I have been drinking plenty of water. But i dont really remeber what i have been eating. All i rememeber is that it involved alot of chicken.

I need to start addin6g some diversity into my workout, namingly lowerbody workouts. But with my knees recovering im a little hesitant. Any pointers(beacise so many people read this lol) would be awesome.

BTW.I have seen great improvment with my upperbody because now i have a reason to work out, or actually tol folrce myself to workout. Goold job gear with these journals, thanks.
