I'm not sure if this site is posted anywhere on the forums but I recently dicovered a sweet site called Fitday. It gives a complete diet breakdown for everything you eat. And it only takes about 5 minutes a day to use. It tells what nutrients and vitamins are low (or high by % of daily recomendation) it gives a breakdown of protein/carb/fat ratio as grams, %, or chart. Most foods are already inputed on the site and you can always make custom foods if it is not. It is a great way to keep track of diet, weight, body measurements, activities and caloric balance. Try it out it has really helped balance out my diet.
