Avacadoes

I was told that these have healthy fats in them and that they have unhealthy fats in them...  So just curious as to whether they do or don't.  I'm sure gear can enlighten me.

Avacadoes are nothing but a huge shot of healthy monounsaturated fats. Very good for a healthy diet as long as you use them in semi-moderate amounts until you know how much you can eat and keep a good body-composition (i.e. dial in the Zone then start ramping up total fat via foods such as avacadoes, olive oil and almonds)

Definitely one of my top 10 healthiest foods. :D

as long as the quacamole hasn't been uber loaded up with too much salt, any creams (dunno why, but some people roll like that...), etc.

but what i truly love is avacados (sp?) on salads, with a dressing made out of fresh virgin olive oil and lemon juice w/ some salt-less spices mixed in.  booyah achieved!
