If you cant find what you are looking for youtube, this fourm/site, and courage are good teachers. Thats what I did, All my friends abandoned me on week 2 when we first began. Now here I am 4 years later teaching them, they wished they would have stuck with it and been determined like me. I only watched youtube videos, researched parkour history and david belle, found this site, and used my morals and common sense to get to where I am now. If you cannot find a teacher, than make one out of yourself :).

My advice.

If your new don't get ahead of yourself. Start at ground level many, get hurt at even 1 foot off the ground. And I understand you need a teacher,I hope you find one. Good Luck.

I'm in glendale on 49th and tbird and more than happy to teach, i think its a little outside the 2 miles but i'm willing to run wherever you are, i used to be a distance runner so 63 and cactus wouldnt be to bad, or i could be a lazy ass and drive XD
