-Worked in some vaults

- 300 metres in Quadrupedal (with rests)

NEW GOALS:

- 600 metres in Quadrupedal (With rests)
- 100 metres in Quadrupedal (No rests)

- 400 metres of Quadrupedal

NEW GOAL:

- Develop static flexibility (Side split) (Do isometric stretching training at least twice a week)
