« on: December 01, 2009, 12:46:43 PM »
ive been working out for a few weeks but i just decided to keep track of what i do so here goes..

I do this routine 5 times a week

stretches

jog 1 mile

sprint and walk(run half way around the track and my school then walk 1/4 around and sprint again)

then i do

3 sets 50 crunches

4 sets 25 pushups

3 sets 20 squats (held for 3 sec before standing again)

4 sets of 20 (15 lb) bicep curls

finally i do the superman thing for 1 min

NUTRITION

Breakfast

egg and ham on an english muffin with a glass of orange juice

or scrambled eggs milk and a rasin bagle with cream cheese

Lunch

a chicken salad with tomatoes and a little ranch dressing

or a soft tortilla shell with ham lettuce and swiss cheese inside

Dinner

i usually have something wheat, grain( like rice or bread), or sauteed vegetables and pasta, (the type varies but its always a healthy one because my sister is watching her weight) chicken, or pork.

BY THE WAY im a 5,7' 16 year old(just turned it today) male weighing 130 lbs

IF THERES ANYTHING IVE MISSED or any suggestions you have as to making my training or eating habits better please feel free to leave a comment, it is much appreciated.

Today ive decided to slightly increase my workout due to it being easier than before. so i added an extra lap to my runs and added 5 reps to each set.

Also its been getting cold here in Washington and i was wondering what alternatives or suggestions you have for getting my running workout and not freezing to death. thanks
