First i want to say i've been doing parkour for about a month now maybe more but i think i am learning fast and getting mental and physicaly strong (which is nice). So here my goals in parkour...Btw im 14.
#1- Handstand for 8 seconds (my bad at them)
#2- kong a 4 foot wall 3 feet long
#3- 10 pullups consective (right now im at 6)
#4- get up this 2 story building that has been bugging me for a couple day( can get up the first story)
#5- Cat leap a 6 or 7 foot gap to another wall. (no drop off)
so those are my goals and i want to acheive them but there not really good goals i need some ideas please post some if you like =p.
