I hope to learn lots from you parkour masters!
« on: April 24, 2009, 06:21:46 PM »
Hi, my name's Sam. I saw the awesomeness of parkour on this documentary on the discovery channel. I really wanna learn! It seems like, it fine tunes the body into almost a ninja-like kind of state. If you have any tips for a newbie like me, I'm all ears. This is my new hobby for the summer. =)

do you happen to know the bane of the documentary? [i want to see it 8)]

we go beyond ninja, we go primate
why would a community of people focused on efficient movement[s ] want to move their community INEFFICIENTLY?

Now that I think back, I'm not so sure it was a documentary. It did show how some parkour moves work though.
Can't I be a ninja-monkey? =)
