one legged kongs

some one told me theres more power in doing kongs on one foot well thats great, SEPT I DO THEM ON TWO! and its become my preference so its hard to stop.

so how do i teach myself todo one footed kongs ???

Do a lot of stall using a small run up with one foot, then take a bigger run up and do it!! That's how I did it.

Jump off one foot. It is in absolutely no way difficult to do this.

If you have a fear of doing them, just picture your self doing it right. Also, you can go to a gym and practice them off of one foot there until you feel comfortable doing it outside.
