nobody came out today, so i did some solo training and wandered around taking pictures of the places we train.  here is a link to the photos
http://www.americanparkour.com/gallery2/v/member/Aun/training+areas/
that isn't all of the areas, but its a good start.  i'll add some descriptions later

while i was out there wandering around, i realized that fallston hall, like edgewood, can be circled without touching the ground.  plus, with some picnic tables, we can get around maryland hall.  its possible to make it around aberdeen hall with some extreme skill, but thats way beyond me.  hanging by my fingertips around 15 feet in the air over concrete pillars is too dangerous... for now.  however, i'll put that in with the rest of my ridiculous parkour dreams

so next time, i'll be brainstorming how to make it around maryland hall and trying to connect most of the dots to get around aberdeen hall.  cya guys then

Anyone up for training in Frederick on September 11th?  I'm probably going to go.

That was a good workout this morning, but we definitely gotta go harder next time.  I'm not even that tired tonight, haha.

I'm thinking of going to this: http://www.americanparkour.com/smf/index.php/topic,29609.0.html

Anyone else interested?

I probably won't be able to carpool from Bel Air, but I would definitely be able to meet at Greenbelt, hop on the metro, and go into DC together.

That was a lot of fun.  We definitely gotta go down to DC again before it gets too cold.  Maybe like sometime in November.

my toe still isn't doing well enough for wall runs and such this week.  however, Daeiros found some cool new spots to train last week and there is one hurdle left to overcome before i can make a complete circuit at the john archer playground.  so there is no shortage of stuff that i can do

my toe is feeling much better, but i still feel that i should take it easy for another month.  so i'll be out there today, but i'm refraining from wall runs and cat leaps.  too bad, because it seems like all of the fun stuff involves those

Hey man, sorry I didn't make it out yesterday.  How was it?

I wanted to tell you what's up the next few weeks.  Next week there is no gymnastics, so I'll probably be out on Sunday (as long as it's not raining or anything).  The following week there is gymnastics, so I may not be out on Sunday.  If your toe is feeling okay, do you want to come up to gymnastics with me?  I'll try to remember to ask you about it next week.

my toe is feeling much better today.  so next week i plan on trying wall runs.  the next time you head to the gym, i should be able to go with you
yesterday went well, i figured out how to make the last jump at the john archer playground.  next week is gonna be great when i learn to make a complete circuit.  starting at the stairs behind harford tech is a perfect way to warm up and get over the cold

I don't think I'll be able to make it out tomorrow.  I kinda hurt my ankle last weekend and I don't want to aggravate it.

I'm still planning on making to the gym next Saturday, so I'll let you know about that sometime this week.

Dan posted on facebook earlier today that there's going to be no open gym at york for the next three weeks.
I thought I'd repost it because you two are lame and don't use facebook =P

Thanks for the heads up, Brendan.  I just called the gym and they said there would be no open gym for the next two weeks.  So the next open gym will be December 18th... :-\
