I'm pretty sore from gymnastics last night, but I'll be there at 1:00.  At the normal place.

Beast Coast was pretty awesome.  Especially the game of Chinese Fire Subway.

I think Ben had expressed interest in coming up to York, so I just wanted to post up some information about it in case anyone else is interested.

Open Gym is held Saturday nights from 8:00 pm to 11:00 pm.  It's $10.  The guy in charge is pretty cool and will help you with any tricks you are trying to learn.  Here's the address, the website, and the phone number:

Gymnastics of York
2615 Course Road
York, PA 17402

http://gymnasticsofyork.com/
http://gymnasticsofyork.com/New%20Building/Directions.htm

(717)378-0101

I try to go up every Saturday, so I would be willing to drive up anyone interested in going.

I won't be able to make it up to York, but it looks like I should be able to come on Sunday though

i'll be at the college today.
just realized that today was the 6th and not the 5th.  sorry about posting the wrong date in the thread title.  in the future, i'll put sunday next to the date to avoid confusion if i get the date wrong again

Head's up guys, I'll be taking a couple weeks hiatus.  I managed to reopen a pretty severe old injury at work this week, can barely move faster than a walk.
Hoping it heals back pretty quick so I can get back to training asap!

Here's the one from this week.

(There's an image button to insert an image.  It is the second one from the left on the second row or buttons.)

kyle got us kicked out of wawa with only one jump, john hauled an empty, but heavy, lunch pale around all day and aden(?) confirmed that there is no such thing as a new guy who doesn't know anything.  a good day that has shown me that there are way too many awesome spots to train in and around the college.  we need to link them together in some circuits
see you guys next week or whoever

Hey that looks like HCC and im guessing you are that team. Could you take some pictures of the actual equipment or whatever it is that you use to practice on. Like benches fencing etc.?
