Like many other traceurs, I did a lot of acrobatic things before I knew of "Parkour."
However, since I have recently started actually PRACTICING Parkour a week ago, here is my progression...

Precision jumps
Speed vault (ambidextrously)
Kong vault
Dash vault
Wall run
Roll

 wall runs/ climb
cat leaps
and under bars

those r the areas i believe ive improved in n about 2 weeks. i can do more though
