These were just the highlights of my workout it actually lasted for over 3 hours.

Ok I need to condense my goals

1) Do the WOD every day.

2) Do the AC workout every day

3) Jump so hands are 12 feet. (6 inches gain weekly) (Is that physically possible?) (Who cares if it is "possible")
 (I may need more equipment to train.)

4) Run 1 mile (up/down hill) twice (min.) every day.
 (I will run as far as I can and then walk until I can actually run the mile.)

5) Do ladder 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1 HSPUs once every day.

6) Do ladder up to sum-max chinups 8 times daily.
 (Only when equipment available.)

I'm BACK!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This Journal took second place during my football training. I didn't have a computer to use to cocument everything I did and I have a short memory on all the stuff. Also I didn't have the time. Now I'm back with good goals and a great attitude.

I have been doing weight lifting, sprinting and other stuff intensly up to about a month ago. Since then I've done 2 or 3 hours of traing weekly. I've started breakdancing. Now I'm diving back in.

Goals:
Get on top(my feet) from ground level of one of the brick poles at my school
Front flip while not on the trampoline without pads
Handstand for 60 seconds.
Roll off of 3 foot fall on concrete.
Chest height box jump (Is that acheivable... hmmm... may change that if it isn't.)
Back roll handstand
20 second Whirlwind (legs around hands base(breakdancing))

7 reps- 120 lb. plus bar on assisted squat machine(It doesn't help anything but balance but it is safer since I didn't have a spotter.)
5 reps- 150
3 reps- 180

Leg Extensions
7 reps- 100 lb.
5 reps- 100 lb.
3 reps- 120 lb.

I was to sore today from yesterday to do abs I tried but I couldn't do anything  :'( I did 8 sets of 20 yesterday on a low level of hardness.
The rest of my exercise was unfocused parkour. I climbed several walls that were over my head, did precisions and jumps. I tried some balance on a thing jutting out of the wall. I was really awakened though to my inefficiency when I saw this other dude climb the wall I was climbing with a vault then did a kong back over it and landed and rolled uninjured. WOW! I need to work on my rolls and my pull muscles... I stopped after I missed a box jump and left serious bruises pn both on my shins. I was about to get to doing some rolls to :( It was an okay day for parkour 8).
