I don't know what a Traceur is.... But there's good free running spots I'm pretty sure. It's been a while but there was a lot of rails at the sites where you look out at stuff :D

I'm up in Flagstaff, and I'm pretty new to this stuff. I haven't seen to many Traceurs up here in NAZ. Glad to see we're alive and kickin' lol

This thread is way old but I am here in Sedona if you guys still are up for it. I use to be way into Parkour but got out of it for awhile, I miss it like hell.

Well hopefully you find more traceurs up there! I was up there a month or so ago, and it looks like a really awesome place to train. Good luck man  :D

I'm here in Sedona too!!  I work at the Oak Creek Terrace Resort.  I usually like to train on Bell Rock or Cathedral Rock with lot's of gap jumping and wall running tricks.  email me at vteccorazon@live.com  I am new to PArkour as well but I am pretty fit to start developing my skillz!  Hit me up if ya all can hit the rocks wit me!
