even if you cant find someone to help you, you can still become a traceur. just check out the "how do I begin" section for great info on how to start. and dont be afraid to ask for help here!

try some local playgrounds. you don't really need a dedicated place to train. parkour is about finding ways to traverse the environment you are in. the great thing is you can practice parkour anywhere, even if all you have is an open field or a painted line on the road.

yea
i actually did a little at my skool tday
there r two soccer goals without nets next to a like 6 foot fence at least, and wat i did, i ran up, jumped and grabbed a bar of one of the goals, pulled myself up, and vaulted myself over the fence using my feet, i impressed my friends with that

I think the main objective in an art is to find the trainer within yourself. I don't think parkour has been said to be a discipline, but if so, you are meant to find that on your own. Like the whole pilgrimage base for this. You find your inner being. Don't let the term Trainer give you doubts in self learning. You can still do it, even if it's by yourself. Good luck! ;)

Try to get a couple friends interested into parkour, nothing is more motivating than seeing each other progress, and to push each other further and further. Just remember to train by yourself from time to time (if not majority of the time) because from experience I have learned that training with others tends to hinder your concentration and you don't really focus on progressing as much as if you were by yourself. It also seems to me (also from experience) that when you constantly train with the same people over and over without training by yourself, you tend to develop similar techniques/strengths/weaknesses/ideas which kind of takes away from the whole idea of "your own path". It also seems that you progress as one and tend to be held back if one person or both people don't feel like doing anything for a day or 2 days or so on (kind of like if you are running a race with 2 other people but all of you are handcuffed to each other, you can only go so far before you have to wait for the others to catch up)...I hope you understand what I just said, I know it kind of got jumbled...
