Me and the group up in Frederick should have a video put together for the festival.

That is if i can lean how to pull footy from my buddies cam. f#ckin technology...

It depends on the camera. If it is a camera with a Tape in it, then you probably need a Firewire cable and an editing program like Windows Movie Maker (free with windows).
If it is a camera with a hard drive or memory card, you either hook it up with a USB cable or pull out the memory card and put it in a memory card reader on the computer.

For those of you making a video, please email me at skipper@americanparkour.com with the subject "Video for (B)East Coast" with your name, the name of the video if you have it yet, and the date you think you will have it completed. Anyone who wants to be in the festival needs to tell me no later than next sunday May 10th, and then I need the actual video no later than the Wednesday the 20th. So Please hurry to complete the video, but hurry even faster to tell me if you will be participating or not.

At the moment, not a lot are confirmed, but it seems like it could be quite a few. We're already planning on picking up Dale and potentially two others along the way, so we could probably pick you up too. I'm starting to try contacting people to figure out exactly who is going, who could drive, and how it's all going to work, so I'll have to keep you updated.

So far the plan for people driving there with me is to leave on Thursday, and stay in Ohio for the night (We found a nice motel in Columbus last year that was comfy and inexpensive, so we'll probably go there again). Then possibly jamming there a little the next morning and then finishing up the trip and arriving in D.C. Friday night. We'd be leaving Monday afternoon and once again stopping in Ohio, then Tuesday we would either jam some more in Ohio or drive a little bit to Indiana, jam there for a little while, and then arrive back in Illinois that night. If that schedule works for you, tell me and I'll see if I can plan a way to pick you up, would anyone else be coming with you?

yea that works for me fine, i like the jamming in indiana part, if we get to indy I can show you all the hotspots we usually hit when we have our state jams.

I'll probably be taking the train down from Aberdeen, so I was curious as to how far the gym is from the Union Station?

you dont need a form for the movie night, just a waiver to be at the gym. For movie night, you just have to let me know if you are showing a video.

And Yes, I would much prefer you to send them to me ahead of time because I want to have a pretty solid list of who is coming. Sorry to be an inconvenience, but its just sooooo much easier hosting a jam when other people besides yourself plan ahead
