Excellent... Fresh Meat for DC!

1.) Hotspots = Bethesda (Red Line), Silver Spring (Red Line), Rosslyn (Orange Line), Georgetown University (Close to Rosslyn). Those are the main ones, but look around your area and I'm sure you'll find more. We can organize a jam sometime and we'll show you around those area's.

2.) Xtremeacroandcheer.com. It's a gym in Rockville that many people in the Mid-Atlantic area go to weekly. Open session is on Saturday's 7-8:30. Pay 7$ at the door. Good place to practice the basic skills before testing them outside.

3.) Wish it was the school year so we could have our beloved leader Skipper to help out , but alas, no dice. Contact me at slarkin37 at yahoo.com or crzyguitarist26 for AIM.
life is too short, so love the one you got

a really fun run in rosslyn is to get into the metro, from one block up.(behind the metro station)

i wont tell you how, but i think you'll figure it out.

and its not just the set of stairs.

We're spotting out Old Town this weekend, too.  King St. Metro on the blue line.  9AM, it seems, for Bry.

dont have to make it 9 for me, its looking like i may not be able to go.
but i still say 9 is a good time. i like the morning.
i'd prefer to meet at like 6am for all jams, but then i think i'd be jammin alone.

Hey guys... Hopefully you will get this. I just got to Andrews AFB, which is really close to DC and Id really like to jam with you guys sometime while Im here. But here are my problems.

I have no way to get to the DC area. No car =/
I am out of shape because Ive been crazy with the military and in training.
I am only here until April 10th.
I havent done really anything parkour since I left for basic, over 6 months ago... so Im pretty much new at it again.

Id really love to get out there and be able to hit up some spots with you guys though. Maybe learn the ropes again, learn some new moves. Well just hit me up. Ive added Johnny and Psycosis to my AIM account.

My AIM is drakanknight785. Dont send emails there though. Use traceur08@gmail.com if you wanna send me something through there, or through here.  Thanks guys.

Um... What about Primal Fitness?

Lol, I find it a little ironic he's in the military and out of shape.

Primal's great on Saturday mornings at 10 if you've never been before. You'll be amazed how much you can learn and how much practice you can get done in just 2 hours.

If you want to learn more you should enroll in the boot camp at Primal.  It's brutal and if you want to practice parkour the boot camp will get you up to speed really quick.  The teachers are great too. ;D

Its the Air Force. Plus Im a medic so the only thing I am doing is sitting around making sure I have my vital signs every 4 hours. And then in between then im pretty much getting whatever the patients need. But Ill definately get into shape once I have more time on my hands here in the next couple of weeks. I might have to see what Primal Fitness is all about sometime, but the problem is I live 2 hours away from DC and it would be very hard to get back and forth every other day.
