I did my first Monkey Vault

okay so yeah i finally did my first monkey vault i did it on a low wall at my school and an electrical box i was so proud of myself when I finally did it

Goals for Training:
-Land a Frontflip Outside again √
-Kong a table over seats √
-Kong a Picnic Table Longways
-Make a decent sampler/video
-Find new places to train
-Land a Sideflip Outside √

Great job man, keep drilling it and you can turn it into a kong. Just be persistent :)

Nice work, a great start! I found the cartwheel-esque thing you where doing down stairs interesting, I might try that as a bridge to aerials. Anyway when you really get a consistent feel for your monkey vault, the next thing  you might want to work on is coming out of it in a one-two step so to keep momentum and flow to your next obstacle. It takes getting used to landing this way, but it helps in the long run. Thats all I have to say. :P Nice vaults and keep it up.

YAH! monkey vaults are accually easy once you get over the fear of clipping your feet
Parkour is your own path, why let someone else tell you not to walk it?

Its the same really, people think the dive makes the kong if you jump into a dive then press your hands to pull you threw is a kong and monkey you put you hands on jump as you pass, its roughly the same
There is no reason to have a plan B, cause all it does is distract from plan A

it took me about a month and I can't really do it on benches, but I got it on ledges
