Using APK Gift Certificates

I received an APK gift certificate for Christmas and am just now getting around to using it. My question is...when I go to pay, how do I pay with it? Paypal is the automatic place it refers me to and I've never used the service before. Where do I indicate I want to use the certificate, before Paypal? On it?

You enter the gift certificate number as a coupon code - please email m2@americanparkour.com so I can make sure your GC # is still active.
