Body/ Type: Muscular can see muscles. Got good legs from marching band. I have abbs but there's a small layer of fat covering them that i want to get rid of. My arms and cheast are muscular but are very small.
Morning: Woke up drank 1 bottle of water. Lucky charms yuk! Outta bannanas.
Afternoon: Ate a steak sandwitch which i put letuce and tomatoes on to make it healthier. Drank about 1 bottle of water from the fountain. After school and during band i practiced hand stands, cats, Bar precision, Vualts and wall runs. Taught my bud some of it too he really catches on fast!
Evening: Drank 3 bottles of water and ate salt and vinigar chips(My devil food). Told my mom that soda was bad and she called me on the fact that i just took a sip from hers. So i told here that it's only bad if you drink 3 a day. It rained so i couldn't go practice pk but my basement is empty so i will practice there for about 30 minutes with the rolls hand stands and attempt a back hand spring or two.
I am moving so healthy food is very scarce right now so i don't eat as much. I have lost about 2 1/2Lb Not uncommon for me i have a fast metabolism.
