Date of Injury - march 25, 2009
Time of injury - 0300
Your DOB and age - 1/16/1987, 22
name - dru
City, State - east stroudsburg, PA
# years practicing Parkour / Freerunning - 2 months
Hours of training per week. - 10 hrs
Other exercise / fitness experience - 3 yrs of aikido
Location where injury occurred - science and technology building of east stroudsburg university
Conditions of location - dry and sunny
What you were doing / trying to do when injury occurred? - drop off a 15 ft ledge onto mulch
Where any other people involved? - a fellow traceur who had done the drop successfully and was spotting
Part of body  - description of injury, rating of severity 1-10. - rolled left ankle causing a sprain with a severity rating to about 4/10
Did you see a doctor for diagnosis? - yes
Did you get X-rays or MRI's? - no
Picture of the injury - not available
Could you / how could you have avoided the injury? - not attempting a maneuver in which i was not comfortable with
Date / type / severity of your last injury? - this is the most current
Notes on the experience? - i think most of these ankle injuries may be out of inexperiance...? just a thought

yeah, i realize now it was a really dumb idea, luckily i came out of it relatively unscaved but it sure was a learning experience
