Its kinda like recess. Jams are amazing, when properly coordinated. You meet up with other traceurs and train, have fun, show eachother spots you've found or combos to try.
Life is what you make of it.

They are essentially workshops. They will push your limits in conditioning, training, and techniques. You are surrounded by a large number of the Parkour Community, which gives you the opportunity to learn much more about philosophies, tips, and flow. I personally find it easier to grow and advance when I am sharpened, challenged, and critiqued by my Parkour Peers. It is worth every penny you spend to get there and back.
Remember that having authority doesn't make you an authority. You won't always be correct.

Jams sound really great and a lot of fun, but where can you do to find one around your area?
