Sounds like you are doing a lot of isolation exercises. I would recommend you focus your training on compound exercises, exercises that take a bunch of muscles to do. These include power cleans, deadlift, bench, squats, pull ups, etc. These lifts are much more useful and efficient in providing a useful full body workout.

Trained after school until about 6:00.

Stretching
Balance training
Pull ups and climbing trees
Precision jumps
Some Martial Arts
Dumbell curls
Jogging
Dips

Took my usual suppliments, excluding the protein shake.

P.S. Demon, dips would be considered compound exercises right?

Yeah I know, it's been a while since I've updated. But I haven't been slacking off.

Breakfast:
Bowl of frosted mini wheats

Did various Taiji, Zhan Zuhang and Wuji exercises for about 45 minutes. Planning on some more later. Triceps are sore from a previous workout so I won't do any arm exercises today. Probably work on my traps and calves later tonight. I'm planning on doing some Zhan Zuhang at the computer later on too. Still need to take my suppliments. I'll check back later.

Been raining for the past day or so, so I haven't done anything so far today. I did some MA tricking two days ago and it was a good workout but I pulled a tendon in my left leg behind the knee, so I won't be doing anything too hard for a while. I'm planning on Zhan Zuhang, Taiji, Qigong and a bit of light working out later.

Breakfast: Shreded wheat

Lunch: Two chicken breasts

probably have a few bowls of cerial later for a snack and I dunno what for supper, maybe a turkey sandwhich or something.

Woo. Been a while, eh?

Today I went down to Arcadia park and popped off a bit of natural environment parkour. Nothing above the basics though, just some climbing and precisions. There was nothing to vault. -.-; Then I bought some diet tea... the end. O_o
