Time: ~8:30pm

Age: 14

City, State: Seattle, WA... Greenlake NW Crossfit

# years practicing Parkour: 2 general years of messing around, 6 months of serious Parkour

Hours of training per week: 5-6 hrs during the weekend, ~6hrs during week

Other exercise / fitness experience: General running, Soccer

Location where injury occurred: NW Crossfit, Parkour Class

Conditions of location: Dry, Undercover

What you were doing / trying to do when injury occurred?: Underbar

Where any other people involved?: People were practicing the same thing but they didnt effect the injury

Part of body  - description of injury: When practicing underbars i started to swing up and i twisted my left arm. This resulted in a sharp pain in my upper arm. I could barely move it and felt dislocated. I pushed up and it popped so i could move it again. It feels ok right now but every once in a while it's sore.

Severity - 5

Did you see a doctor for diagnosis?: No

Did you get X-rays or MRI's?: No

( no picture there is no visual problem)

Could you / how could you have avoided the injury?: Less repetition, let joints rest, stretch out muscles.

Date / type / severity of your last injury? Never really had one before

Notes on the experience?: Hurt like a $@&%#!  Popped back into place, and is fine now.
