A badass load of proteins!

One of my staple meals is two chicken breasts with fruits in industrial quantity, and sometimes yogurt. I just ate that, and afterwards felt like checking on calorieking.com for the amount of proteins that I had just ingested. The two chicken breasts together weighed in at 312 grams (as was written on the package) and according to CK I had just under 100 grams of proteins, yet only 515kcal  ;D

Now that's a healthy meal!

Honestly I thought it was much less than that. And it wasn't that big either I probably could've easily eaten 2 or 3 times that amount.

hellz to the yes!
chicken is like my power food. its got such a huge amount of protien in it and next to no fat. i love the stuff.  ;D

Yeah, you only really need 4-5 oz of lean meat to make enough protein for a good meal. One other reason why I dig the Zone, I can eyeball my intake no problem after weighing for just a short while. Now, without even trying I can get exactly 4 oz. or chicken or steak first try :p

after working at my job for almost a year i can tell exactly how much 4 oz of ice cream is....does that count for anything??

If your not doing extreme heavy lifting workout and taking in that much protein, you just pee it out.  ;D :P  And its bad on your kidneys. Lol
