Topic: required information on profile: occupation

I just changed something in my profile and stumbled across some small changes:

1) It seems the field "occupation" is now required - I wonder why the profession would be of any interest, let alone need, to operate the profile. In my view it's definitely a voluntary additional field, not mandatory. I don't have a problem with it being mandatory, I was just wondering cuz I don't quite understand it.

2) There are two fields named "occupation" (one is mandatory, one is not)... maybe you want to remove thet mandatory one?
