Pull-up pyramid – (start with 50lbs on a dip belt pull ups for max then immediately remove 10lbs and ripest, no rest, then immediately remove 10 more lbs, continue in this way until no weight remains, begin the next set at 40lbs and do the same then, 30lbs then, 20lbs then, 10 then no weight, all for max reps)
