I love my Vibram Five Fingers, but I always tell people that if they can't train barefoot, they can't train in Vibrams.
The sole is so light and flexible that it can be rolled into a tube, either from the end or lengthwise. The separate toes allow me to use my long monkey toes for grip when I'm climbing. There's nothing to throw off my stance, my weight distribution, or my balance.
There's also no cushioning or support. For me, it's a good trade off, but I know they're not for everyone.
