Is there any update on the schedule? I may not be able to be there all four days and I'd really like to jam outdoors and at APEX, so should I plan my trip around a specific APEX day, or will there be stuff at APEX the whole weekend?

For us out-of-State-ers, anyone know what time would be most convenient for a flight on the 10th? I have read posts that people are pretty free with helping get people to airports and whatnot, but I would like some input. Morning, afternoon, evening?

Evening would probably be best if you want most jammage time, and less of a hassle I guess but it all depends on your schedule

It's a Monday morning - I would say the late afternoon or evening. People who missed flights or were bumped down on Sunday have to take Monday morning flights and the usual business trippers take the morning flights. It also depends on where you're heading back to.

housing is not a problem. there are lots of people who can host and we will probably offer space at APEX.

Can someone who's local give me a ride to and from the airport on the 6th and the 11th? I've found that airfare is much cheaper if you catch a flight during the week as opposed to one on the weekend. I suppose I could catch a taxi, but if anyone is willing to let me bum a ride, I'd be more than willing to pay for gas.

yup, the bus system to and from the airport is really good. boulder or denver and it runs at least once per hour. there's a good chance someone could give you a ride as well.

a hotel in denver is actually the better bet. one day is in boulder. a day is in golden. nights will most likely all be in denver. not 100% on this but a hotel in boulder might be more expensive. most things are slightly. in any case gym is available.

Would this also apply to those of us who take Amtrak?

A bunch of us from Northern California are gonna take the train, so we can enjoy the great wild American west on our way. Hopefully we'll acclimatize a bit that way too!

If the AmTrak takes you to Union Station, you wouldn't need my taxi service. APEX is practically within walking distance (depending on luggage)...
