41.136 (yesterday)
Did APK Academy Boot Camp Level 1 at Primal Fitness - We did underbars and catleaps, with some box chin-ups and top-outs for conditioning.

Spent some time on reverse underbars.

41.145 - where does the time go?

So it's Tuesday - apart from doing far too many pushups (I say negative things sometimes) - most of my exercise has been in the form of manual labor

Thursday (139)- workout with Sam
Friday - freerunning class
Saturday - rip up the lounge area 3 layers of hardwood floor
Sunday - lay down 2 layers of subfloor and paint room
Monday - Move large obstacles from storage to Primal fitness (see video tomorrow on APK academy facebook)
Tuesday - sit and be lazy.

41.151 - Yesterday

On 41.145 - Injury to my hand while playing in the woods. 9 Stitches in left wrist.

Last night - 1st night of bootcamp 2 - obviously had to stay off left wrist - but all else was good - striding into vaults felt good

Flexibility is at an all time low :(

41.157

Indoor climbing - did a 5.9 pretty well, 5.7 with no hands
three laps on a medium 5.7 40'
miserable fail on a 5.10 but it was fun.
Hand felt pretty good

41.158

Level II Boot camp - Burpee / Breathing Ladder 1-7-1
Balance mirror game
rolling through obstacles
Removed stitches, hand seems ok, big loss of flexor mobility which I will not push (too hard)  for a while until I'm sure it won't split open

41.185 - just over 41 and a half years old.

Yesterday (technically 41.183 - server offset and such) Hiked 9 miles, did last two miles of the uphill barefoot - it hurt but was worth it, feel like I accomplished something and like my feet are alive :) - plus those few sweet steps in moss and leaves and sand and loamy dirt :)

Today - APK Academy parkour class - figuring out what "level one" requirements are for the basics. Worked on
Safety Vaults
Front, back, and side falls
Rail balance
forward rolls
backward rolls off 8' box (needs help, was back to square 1)
lache to rail precision (1st successful ones just three days ago)
running felt good in the warm up

41.186 well, yesterday as it's 1:20 local

Indoor climbing

did a short 5.6 up and down
did a medium difficulty 5.7
did a medium difficulty 5.8 (flashed)
did a difficult 5.8 (apparently I had done it before and don't remember)
Failed on the new dark green 5.8 in "the corner" - couldn't get over the ledge - need to get feet up and right hand on yellow
Failed on the white 5.8 on the flat wall - was just tired and sucking at that point.

41.189 - Friday - Went to GCA Parkour and played on a tramploine - tried wall tramp for my first time - what a blast!! did a few attempts at back tucks. at this point I am just disgusted with myself for not having them yet. The reason? I don't practice - go figure!!!

41.190 - Saturday at the Hubbable Jam - was pretty tired form the drive and didn't do much, did achieve a few goals I had set, worked on running precisions, rail balance, a nice tic-tact to crane off a railing and some strides.

41-191 - Sunday at Hubbable Jam - sick location at MIT - did some conditioning with Travis, got to teach some peeps jumping and landing, and did a cool qm up stairs backwards with my legs on a railing thing.

41.192 - APK Academy Parkour Class at Primal - warmup was great:
2X:
Run 1 lap
5 wall walks (walk up a wall into handstand, facing the wall)
Walking lunges up and back
side lunges up and back
8 inch work QM pushups

Class was a circuit of vaults - any type, practiced for fluidity and continuity of movement. Over a 4 section vault, low rail, high rail, low rail, high rail, low vault box, on high box to finish X10

30 minutes stretching and rolling

Friday 40
Saturday 60
Sunday 70 debit 100
Today (so far) 180 out of 210. Debit 30 to be cleared in the next 10 minutes - have done 50 in the previous 10 minutes. Arms hurt. Will think about what I am saying.

41.208 yes, 16 days - man what a slacker!! I have been doing some training and eating well - going gluten free for a while.

Monday - Parkour class - falling, then Climbing

Tonight (wednesday) parkour - killer warm up with Travis, then some precisions inspired by old school PK vids.

CLimbing - 6-7-8 warmup then did some 8's not clean at all, a 9 I think clean, and a 7 pretty fast - overall I tired very quickly and need to condition.
Then did 3 muscle ups and then a set of 5 which I was pretty happy with, would like to work back up to my max of 8 then push it to 10.

Super sore from yesterday's qm and a lot of pushups
did over 100 today between forbidden fruit and class.

Tonight's class went outside - did some running precisions that were probably better than what I've done before - kept my feet up and got to almost decent landings. Overall pretty happy with how it went.

Last week in Vegas - tested ANW course with Mike Bernardo and Ryan Stratis!

Then climbed / scrambled at Red Rocks with Elet Hall.

Jam in LV but didn't really do much.

Today - indoor climbing - 6,7,7 was going to do all 7's but got sidetracked with bouldering and pullups / rope climbing

First time bouldering - E4,5,6, V0, V0 (failed several times till someone determined missing tape) then got it.

Want to boulder more.
