Any idea how you're going to about increasing jumping distance? Thats one of my goals as well.
To answer your question, I plan on purchasing a weight vest and doing a lot of training with that on. It can only help :]
In recent news, I spoke with gear about my muscles feeling almost constantly tired with even the littlest bit of work. He helped me figure out a better diet, and that it might be attributed to me not getting enough protein for my muscles to rebuild / heal up. So I'm adjusting my diet as needed, and taking a couple rest days to recoup from this temporary rut.
Still keeping up with my 5:00 total inverted time of handstands a day, though!

Job hunt at the moment is rough, I'll find something though so I can save up enough money to move out and get a place with my girlfriend, Kelly.

Just crossed my mind, once winter hits, I plan on taking full advantage of training in the different conditions it creates! I didn't this past winter.
