New at Parkour and ready to learn
« on: March 10, 2009, 12:50:51 PM »
Hi I'm Jessica and I've just recently started to discover the world of parkour. My friends and I usually did stuff like vaults and jumps when we were kids. I just didn't know it actually had a name and how serious it can get. It looks fun and exciting, and I want to get into it. I'm surprise not alot of girls do this because you think it'll be easier for them since alot of girls are lighter and flexible. But it's inspiring watch girls parkour and of course you gentlemen. Do you really need a gymnastic background for flips and the sort? Can't that all be self taught?  Any help would be really appreciated. Thanks

Birds glide freely and marvellously across the sky. No boundaries. No limits. Why should I be confine? No matter how many walls you built, I’ll find a way. I can overcome anything.  You can’t bound me , because I have no limits.
