The new schedule for parkour classes at APEX Movement in Denver has been posted. We are now offering a 5 week, 10 class program on weekdays (Tues./Thurs.) and a separate 10 week, 10 class program on weekends (Sat.). This is to allow people to have a choice between a weekend or weekday program depending on their schedule. Registration is now open and is first come, first serve.
