Saturday
Alright I know I am late but finally got a hold of a computer to update as much as I could. Saturday I went to COPK for the first time in.... a few months I think. I have tried my best to keep up with other exercises but soccer season kind of collided with parkour and I gave the priority to soccer because its seasonal. It was hard, I was thrown off by a sprint in the beggining and luckily it didnt completely make me bomb. I feel sorry for my friend that went to the class with Bronchitis and after the sprint had to sit  out a little and almost passed out lying on the bathroom floor so I guess I dont have too much too complain about. Its been a while since iv dont that kind of workout with lately me being geared towards endurance, leg & core strength and stuff like that so I got back into working out at home and doing pushups. Pushups I have slipped in soooo much. I thought my pushups were really good when I left them and now I have to get used to them again. One thing I havnt lost at all is Pullups, I feel my kip is getting pretty powerful. Thats about all I have to say just enjoying all the time I have to do pk and hoping that when I go to Hawaii in July that I find some cool places and meet some cool traceurs.

WORKOUT
2:00 (Hr.) Parkour Training and conditioning
1:00 (Min.) Sprint
114 assorted strength exercises

I think the exercises were Ring Pullups, Jackknifes, Ring Pushups, Dips and Inverted rows.

I think I should use these exercises more because I need to work more on Strength so I am going to do that and a more fun way to build strength is I am going to go back to the spot because I used to go alot but not in forever so that should be great and I guess dat is it.

OKay so I didnt forget about the log my Ipod broke and my computer broke but both are getting fixed so I can update this again soon. Today I went Bouldering!! I kind of had a jumpstart doing this because I have strength and endurance from pk conditioning but I cant think of a better way for me to gain strength for both. Climbing and Parkour complement each other really well. I was Climbing for about three hours but after that my Callouses were giving in on me and my Forearms were getting pretty tired. I dont know if alot of you guys know the climbing system but I did a 3 dot Traverse 10 times in a row and its like 3 dots out of 5 with pluses and minuses in between rating the diffuculty of the Bouldering problem. It was definitly more fun than alot of other strength building activities. THat about it I will probably be going to this BOuldering gym alot so that should improve my parkour just overall.

WORKOUT
3 Hrs Bouldering
3 dot Traverse 10x

So I havnt posted in a couple weeks and I am not going to sit here for a hour posting it in so Im just gonna doa quick idea of what I did each week
So the first week I didnt post it was Bouldering actually more than parkour that week just cus We get kicked out everywhere so  we are building a pk structure. Other wise until then I am doing a couple hours of Bouldering everyday or everyother day.
Second week I did parkour with my visiting cousin a few hours each day and there were like two 3 hour hikes during that week.

Thazt what I been up to trying to keep this updated but personnaly I dont want to spend my sumer in front of a screen ha how many kids have you heard say that?!

Okay its beenn a very long time but Im back because school just started today So I am not gonna sit here for an hour and fill in the entire summer I will give a overview thing. First off I have gotten lazy dis summer with conditionin. I have done parkour but I need to get back into my workouts and second off I went to Hawaii and the parkour there is AWESOME!! I like it just as much as Boulders spots I did alot of levers and pullps there because there wus a workout station right next to my hotel so that was awesome. Oh Yeah before I left I booked it conditioning core and arm strength manly I did this by going Climbing like 5 days a week and that was awesome but then my expensive membership ran out but Luckily I have convinsed my parents to get me a new one. I am going to start doing ladders again they are my favorite as well as an Iron Gym, I dont like my other bar it turns my callouses purple and grey and bloody, Its a very bad bar And I hate it but the Iron gym has that cusion thing and I can pick em up for like 20 bucks so why not. I am going to try to update this log but cant promise every day.

Today I am going to CATS and I am kind of recovering from yesterday so thats it.
