This board is for keeping track of your daily, weekly and monthly training and nutrition. Post a single thread for your individual training journal to keep track of your progress over time and to help more-efficiently set training goals. The title should include your name for easy tracking. The comment section of the WOD works great for this, but this format allows multiple days to be viewed in one place while also catering to those who can't follow the WOD schedule exactly (i.e. Bubblemaker ) I'd like to see posts in both areas, using this spot for breaking down your goals and accomplishments more thoroughly.

I wouldn't waste anybody's time with a post that said "jusd did Parkour"...that doesn't help you OR me. Now, if you said "Went out, trained balance for 3 hours via this method or that method, found a great new rolling technique and strengthened my cat leap top outs. Would like to improve, etc. et.c etc. " That might be worthwhile

Haha, well, mainly my workout (I only list the upper body stuff) is geared towards gymnastics, but it can be beneficial for basically overall strength and improving ones ability to scale walls among other things. I also do tabata squats and DLs but yeah as I said I don't include them in the log. here, you guys can decide: http://www.powerathletesmag.com/wforum/viewtopic.php?t=453Started it around july 23 last year and kept it going until now. The main goal I made was getting an iron cross, and now that I've achieved that, I am starting to work towards a maltese. I have other exercises in there that are geared towards planches, front levers, handstands and whatnot and overall GPP for the upper body. I never practice muscle ups or bar muscle ups but they are very easy so I must be doing something right.

I'm really confused as to where we'd go to talk about training in general. Not like a day-to-day basis kinda thing but more "this is more effective than that" and whatnot.
