When do i eat?

i've always heard, not to eat before you run cuz you'll cramp up. and it's true but should i eat an hour before i work out or should i work out on an empty stomach and eat afterwards??
breathing isn't parkour!! HA, YOU CAN'T BREATH!

It depends. The most basic advice is to try and eat 45 minutes to an hour before training...not so much for cramps, but to assure plenty of fuel and avoid being sick. Needless to say, our intermittent fasting discussion changes this a bit, so it basically becomes a matter of finding what works best for you. Start with the 45 minutes before idea and see how you feel.

I eat when ever I feel like it. Some times it a couple hours before I do something and others right before I do something, I've only felt sick once and thats because it was Jelly Beans and then did 2 hours or hard core conditioning.
