I got my DVD copy off of ebay a month ago.
http://cgi.ebay.com/Banlieue-13-B13-DVD-NEW-Luc-Besson_W0QQitemZ9141288553QQihZ011QQcategoryZ617QQcmdZViewItem

It opened in Vegas last friday in theaters.  When I saw it there were only about 20 people in the theater.  Shame, but word of mouth will be good on it if it stays for a few weeks.  It's a similar realease schedule to what Ong Bak was.  (Same distributor  believe)

It opened in selected cities on June 2nd. It's a great movie, I watched it and there wasn't but two or three parkour scenes, but each scene was explosive with action. I think it captured parkour greatly.

TEXAS PARKOUR'S DEMO AT A ADVANDED SCREENING OF B13

PICS &VID
but before you tear into me and/or anyone from txpk realsize that in the video I describe what we are doing and that it is "acrobatics and stylistic movements" and not parkour. Also the perosn who was recording started midway in my little speech and I feel my "important words" about DB and pk philosophy in general are lost. And I too hate how the camera gets turned on its side for a period. But it shows what txpk could pull out on a short notice with no actual pk obstacles. I feel we did well and that those who watched the screening of B13 had a better understanding about what they were going to watch.

here's a link to the video:

yeah i've always thought it redundant to say District B13, when the french title is Banileau 13.  Not Banileau B13.  District 13 sounds better.  As for the actuall american title I have no clue.

I'm pretty sure it's got a few names, I've heard B13, District 13, 13th District and District B13.

I just realised that in the last pic you posted Deft, it looks as if you are about to get the biggest ball smashing of your life.  It just looks so painful.

AHAHAHA.... The origional plan was for Matthew to vault of jump off of something of height to clear me but we ended up having him just jump me from the ground. Me and my boys had some close calls but Matthew's skills proved true and I walked away unharmed lol. I agree with you and I feel that when you first look at the pic your first reaction should be WTF? :-X

HEHE yea...I am really glad that I didnt completly crush randals (hope) and (dream) by accedent.  I think I was more nervous then him hehe.

Well the movie is called District B13 where we watched it and on all the posters.  I think the reason for this is because in the last scene its all about the abrevation B13.  So they had to stick with the abbrevation.  you know the whole bomb thing is important.
