Side flip off 6 foot wall to grass when my right foot slammed into the ground. I didnt land on the balls of my feet

Injured very good. Day ender. Could not put any pressure on it at all. Swollen for 4 days. pain at 7 with pressure 3 without. didn't feel broken or displaced.
Did you see a doctor for diagnosis?
Yes
Did you get X-rays or MRI's?
Yes

Turns out no broken bones which was a relief

It turns out i did not need medical assistance, but it was a good idea to check it out. I still feel pain and expect the total healing time to be 1-2 months

Woah, you got lucky. The calcaneus is one of the hardest bones in the entire body, and the hardest of all of them to break. According to the doctors of my family, the bone never cracks... it just shatters, like a really nasty fracture. It takes forever to heal too.

Glad to hear it's getting better though. I wish you luck, man.  ;)
