I think it could help. I have it, but I don't use it really. (my family does though) From the little bit I played, there's Yoga exercises and stuff. It's a great tool.

I don't consider the wiifit a traceur's exercise tool, more like a warm up if anything.  Sure it'll build balance and maybe a bit of strength, but if you want to get strong do real exercises.  Yoga is good though.

Something is always better than nothing. If you won't be working out than I say go for it, but if you can workout in a better setting than I'd pass unless I really wanted to play it... which I might.

Oh well if it is just to stay active then definitely.  I know when I simply want to be active I'll play DDR.

My friend has it so I have used it. Its great supplement to other balamce training though. You can also graph youre balance. You like stand on the little pad thingy and stay still on one foot for like a minute. So yeah I guess it cant really hurt.

Haha I should seriously try that one, or livewire haha

Anways yeah its pretty fun, the strength challenges are EASY, like seriously the yoga ones are too. the balance ones are actually kinda hard but they're fun so are the aerobic games. i have fun playing it haha but yeah its more of a warmup than anything.  ;) let me know if you pass the extreme balance test or whatever its called, its HARD, ive only done it once.
