Looking forward to moving to TN

ok so i am new to parkour ans i was wondering about areas in Nashville like parks or empty warehouses and i am also going to start at a gymnastics classes....so is that a good start.....oooo my name is Alex "6" 200...lol need to work on the weight a bit anyinfo will help

There's plenty of places in Nashville to train.  Gymnastic classes are a great way to start.  They'll help you develop the cordination needed in PK as well as a foundation of tricking ability to start with. 

As for your weight, we have lots of knowledgeable people in our forums.  Check into the General Fitness forums and read the stickied threads by Charles, Steve, and Chris.  I'd personally recommend that you look into The Zone Diet for your nutritional info and Crossfit for your Strength and Conditioning.  There are two Crossfit Gyms located in the Nashville area.  I'd recommend South Nashville Crossfit if it's in your vicinity.
