I'm not sure if this is the correct place to put this, but I'm so exhausted from my workout and the events of earlier today I'm not exactly thinking in logical chains.
I just did the 2/13/09 WOD, the Margaret benchmark. After 4 sets, I'm worn out. It's mostly the dive bombers, they really eat at my biceps. Is 4 sets normal/ok? I wanna make sure that I'm getting closer to being in shape.
