Bruised Knee

i bruised my knee pretty bad while playing hockey.
someone tryed to throw me head first into the boards and now its bruised really bad.
i cant really bend it that well so i can't do any pk or tricking.
what can i do to make it heal faster?

rest, ice, compress.

Passive range of motion.

If it is a bone bruise, rub it out, to your pain capacity.  it'll suck but, you gotta do it.

if your bone has actually developed a abnormal bump that is exquisitely tender.
