Hey, I'm watching the making of the new Madonna video on MTV and they used pk in the video, with Seb and everything. Did anyone else see this.

Yeah this fella was like, its parkour they do all this stuff like scale buildings and jump on rooftops from building to building, its frickin sweet.  And then they cut to an interview with Foucon himself it said, Sebastian Foucon, Co-founder of parkour.  He gave a general explanation of it, it was a pretty tasty little media hit. 

Upon hearing it I found it difficult to resist the urge to hop up and down and point at the screen yelling what may have sounded like a crazed shouting of something audibly relating slightly to, "It's Sebastian Foucon!" :D

Yeah i was watching it, and i couldn't realize if i was just not enjoying having to see (old) Madonna dance like a slut to a crappy song so trying to compensate for the crappy song i imagined seeing Seb free running :P, when i realized, hey! that is Seb!(probably a little something like quazar's crazy scream)So this video doesn't suck so much after all.

and for her age... madonna a hot as sh!t!!! (get married, wait a few decades, and if your wife can move, flex, and look like that.. then i would say you are damn lucky ;)

Coo, Madonna is the shiznit, wtf you saying. BTW I made that scream, it sounded like this, SEBASTIAN FOUCON!!!!, and then everyone in the house goes are you alright. It was at the top of my lungs, don't know why but it just came out of my mouth. I was in shock I guess to see him on MTV with Madonna, like WAAA!

Remember parkour can be anything from Jumping off buildings to running down the stairs skipping a few steps as you run down them... So I wouldn't be surprised if you saw parkour in most videos and films it even so big that you can have a whole category on films and videos with parkour and it would be filled in a day.

my freind told me to look that vid up on the yahoo music player thing and i saw sebastian i kida fell out of my chair for some reson and started cracken up...because he was in a music vid and the only showed him like a few times

i actually picture her as old because it seems like she has been popular ever since the early 80's, so unless she was born in the early 80's then i think she isn't that great.lol :P
